LAUNDRY SERVICES
Guests of Juba Regency Hotel have full access to our laundry services in 24 hours. All fabrics for men and women can be handled efficiently by our laundry team including ironing services. Garments provided before 10:00 am will be returned on the same day.
SECURITY SERVICE
We have a professional team of external armed security guards, five radio call facilities with access to Rapid response units available around the clock. The compound is gated and locked at night, and constantly patrolled. Further, our hotel is under the control of CCTV
The power supply of the hotel is supported by four efficient generators with two x 550 KVA each, one 350KVA, and one x 250KVA, in which all our generators supply the required power to the hotel without any interruption on our guests Water is provided by several sources, normally supplied by the main supply and on-site bore holes, but if either is not sufficient, we have our own water tankers to transport additional water as and when required to ensure no shortage of water is experienced
Waste Management
On site are numerous interlinking septic tanks, these are emptied daily by our own sewage tankers to ensure waste level are minimal and all waste areas are disinfected.
WI-FI & COMMUNICATION
On site we have Wi-Fi transmitters covering all rooms and compound. Wi-Fi is free for guests and confer e n c e organizers. Wi-Fi bandwidth is currently 4mb Down / 4mb Up and the bandwidth is per user is balanced to ensure acceptable performance is attained by all.
SHOPPING / SUPPLIES
The hotel is at a walking distance from supermarkets and local shops for last minute items required by guests who are not available on site and hotel inside shops.
